As long as the application you're using supports it and the physical environment does not have any heavy electrical interference then yes! Remember that you won't get true gigabit speeds and may lose about 50 - 100 meg from network overhead and TCP windowing

    Is it a crossover cable?

    It's cat 6 cable.

    It's in straight through configuration.

Does it matters if it's in straight through or cross over combination.?
Nowadays all most devices are mdi mdx capable.

If your devices support Automatic MDI/MDIX crossover then no problem.
