I did google it, and came up with little. I search for everything before I ask a question on a forum. The above reply makes no sense to me in what received INFORM meansin a router logs?

Your first post says nothing about a router log.
Your first post ask a question. (What is)

I thought format and time would make it clear it was a log. You come across a bit rude. Good day

    You thought wrong.
When posting for help in a free public tech forum you need to give enough information so people can try to help you as best as possible.
The less info you give, the less help you will get.
You are the only one sitting in front of your PC ... nobody here can see what you do.

There are many logs in Computers, Routers, other hardware, ...
Do you expect everyone would know what log you are looking at ?
My router logs don't look like your "OP problem/question" ...

Anyway, now that you've stated it's a router log entry:
Do you have other devices using the router ?
Maybe it's an entry from something else, not your Win 7 PC ?
Perhaps an iPhone, Blackberry, Android device, ...

Have you checked with your Router Manufacturer for info on this log entry ?
Maybe someone/something is connecting to or trying to use your router ?
