Wifi Roaming Property

I recently installed Windows 7 on a computer that had Vista. Under Vista with the WiFi adapter properities there was a i think two seperate ones to control easily the adapter jumps to a different access point. I.e. i have three Access points in my house using the same SID and Settings, Under Vista it would jump between the three points with no problems but under Windows 7 its trying to us the initial Access point from when the computer was turned on, even though i'm sitting next to another access point. Any idea where the Roaming properities went?

Thank You.
