Error: script is busy or cannot load

This error comes up randomly but very often in my browser, since I upgraded my computer from Windows XP to Windows 7 Home Premium. Windows 7 is 64 bit, but one of the folders in my control panel has a 32 bit flashplayer. Could this be causing the problem? If not, what should I look for/at? I know just enough about my system to be dangerous I'm running the latest browser from Mozilla Firefox.
