+1 for NetWorx. I've been using it for over a year and have been quite pleased with it. As far as I can tell, it doesn't use up any bandwidth while in use.

Connect to a wifi connection 100 meters away?
I know this is far less related to Windows 7 issues (completely unrelated :P), and more related to hardware and such, but anyway. I am on an absolutely pathetic internet connection of 20gb a month (Internet in New Zealand was monopolised by Telecom, and the industry went nowhere for years, our...

PowerLine Networking across electric meters?
I heard that Powerline networking only works within the same "circuit". What exactly determines what a "circuit" is? Would this work across floors of a multifamily house where the electric metering is different across them?
