Windows 2000 Windows 7 networking problem.

I set up a w2k machine as a print server and all my XP machines print from it just fine. My 7 machine on the other hand just says my password for the user is wrong when I try to access it in network. I have tried a user account admin/pass and administrator admin/pass and do have a password set on the w2k machine (I thought passwording it may help). I can access XP machines from both w2k and 7. Any help would be great.
I may just have to upgrade it to xp, its a 466 celeron tho
Thanks.

Does 7 machine and W2K machine have same account names but different passwords?

Hi, I'm having the same sort of problem. I set up win2k server edition, and am able to access my win 7 computer from it, but not the other way around. It keeps asking for a username and password and I've tried everything I can think of. Nothing yet.
