No option to set up wifi

I just reformatted my hard drive and now I can't seem to find an option to set up a wireless connection. According to what I found online there should be an option for connection to a wireless network at this screen but as you can see there isn't. Am I doing something wrong.

Have you installed your wireless drivers, and had a look in device manager?
