Another computer same ip

I have 2 PC's off a Netgear WNR2000 which is off a Comcast Business modem/router.
Off the router is a Oki MFC251.

When everything is hooked up, I lose internet on one of the PCs and I can't configure the printer.

I'm getting an error that I have PCs with the same IP.
This was working until the original router failed and was disconnected by Comcast tech.
Only one PC had internet and I reset tcp/ip4 to automatic.
Now have internet on both but when I plug the new router in, I lose internet on 1 PC and the conflict message on the other.
I can't remember how to reset the p and Server address settings and whether I have to do that on both PCs.

Two routers yep, you will need to disable DHCP on the secondary router or the WNR2000, no doubt about this. You will also want to plug those two routers LAN port to LAN port, do not use the WAN or Internet port on the secondary router.

The secondary router will eventually pick up an IP in the correct subnet from the first router at which point you can access the secondary router though it's newly acquired IP address. :)
