Internet access but cant access on anything

hello,I got internet connection all over my house and on my computer until i did somethink wrong on some tweaks on the services and now i cant get access on the internet,my local host adapter got internet access but it seems it got no bytes received or sent,i searched everywere i did a restoredefault services,a repair on registry but nothink happens....im outof ideas

A list of services that you tweaked and what adapters this issues affects will be handy for us to help you.
