"No valid stream found" error from only one website

I have 3 desktop computers, all connected to a Netgear, broadband router. Two desktops are running Windows 7 Home Premium and one is running Windows XP Pro. Only one computer - one of the Win 7 desktops gives me the following error when I open this website - WSAZ - HomePage - Local News, Severe Weather and Breaking News Coverage for West Virginia, Ohio and Kentucky , "No valid stream found. Your device might not be supported". I get this error on both IE 11 and Firefox. The only thing different, as far as hardware attached to the 3 desktops, is the one that gives me the error is using a wireless keyboard and mouse. Any help appreciated.

Just to update. When I installed Firefox, I let it import my favorites from IE 11. I installed Google Chrome & did not import anything & the web page that was giving me the error works fine. I might add, that the troubled web page did load OK on IE and Firefox. It just opened a small window with the error message & I had to click OK on the message to continue. If I then clicked on any link on the page, I would get the error again & again, would have to click on OK to continue.

Also, I removed the wireless keyboard & mouse; installed USB mouse & keyboard - no difference.
