"Default Gateway is Not Available" constantly dropping! Help!

So we recently got a new internet provider in our home. My phone, iPad and all the other devices in the house are connecting to the new internet perfectly fine, however my computer is not. I won't even get 30 seconds of internet before it loses connection. When I troubleshoot it all I get is "The default gateway is not available" and it fixes it for a couple of seconds before it goes again. It's very annoying! I don't understand why this is happening as my computer is fine with other wifi connections (I.e. When I take it to my friends houses or to a public wifi it works fine!)! Why is this happening? I've tried some of the stuff I've read online but nothing is working!

I downloaded Xirrus Wifi Inspector, I'll post the results in just a moment. I'll post the iconfig too. Also just to mention, the internet connects fine in safe mode.

Please offer any assistance you can!

Can anyone help? The situation has gotten more strange. My laptop will connect to the internet perfectly fine during the morning and night time, without dropping connection or anything. However, in the day time and evening I have the 'default gateway not available' issue constantly! what could be causing this? It seems very strange!
