How can I tell if my wireless LAN card has 5ghz?

How can I tell if my wireless LAN card has 5ghz? If it does how do I turn it on? I have a 802.11n Wireless LAN card.

Any help would be appreciated!

If you've bought the card in the last 5 years then the answer is probably no. What is the make and model of the card? You can check in device manager (Click Start> Run> type: 'mmc devmgmt.msc' and hit enter). Look under network adaptors.
