    2 Active Network


    Good day guys. I have a problem on my computer. everytime I open my computer, i am not connecting automatically on the internet, i got error instead. pls. see attached image.2 Active Network-prob.jpg
    what i am doing is, going to network and sharing then disabling the unknown network then enabling my adapter again. my question is, how can i prevent that unknown network thing on my next use of computer? cause it's happening everytime i switch ON my PC.

    Hi and welcome to Sevenforums!

    Can you go to cmd (Windows Key + R > Type cmd > Click OK) and type ipconfig /all | Then post the results similar to the way you posted the picture in the OP.

    Sorry for the late response, can you also post a picture of device manager with Network Adapters expanded?

    Hi Gator sorry for late response just got busy yesterday here on work. This is the image when I get into Network Adapters and expanded it.

    Try this command prompt:

    netsh lan show interfaces
