Windows 7: "error with your SQL server"

"error with your SQL server"

I cannot access certain websites. I get a "An error occured with the SQL server: This is not a problem with the IPS Community Suite but rather with your SQL server. Please contact your host and copy the message shown above."


(note that 'occurred' is misspelled in the error)




this error sounds like a local problem! please help

Please post some URL's that fail with that error. It's totally unrelated by the webbrowser. It's totally unrelated by the webserver.

Did you forget some parts of the error message? I expected something like:

An error occured with the SQL server:
mySQL query error: SELECT * FROM message_topics WHERE mt_id=165
This is not a problem with the IPS Community Suite but rather with your SQL server. Please contact your host and copy the message shown above.
