Name resolution (DNS) problem

for some reason, Internet host names stopped working on my machine. Please see this log :

c:\>nslookup ya.ru
Server: ns1.fryazino.net
Address: 192.168.2.20

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: ya.ru
Addresses: 2a02:6b8::3
213.180.193.3
213.180.204.3
93.158.134.3

c:\>ping 213.180.193.3 -n 1
Pinging 213.180.193.3 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 213.180.193.3: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=57

c:\>ping ya.ru -n 1
Ping request could not find host ya.ru. Please check the name and try again.

Of course, other programs using site names (browser, mail, etc) also cannot work. I guess that the problem is somewhere deep inside the system, but I didn't plan to reinstall it until now. So I just hope that some of You know what to do with it without setting up the system and all the programs...
