Slow wireless download speed out of nowhere only on this laptop

Hello everybody this is my first post ever on this forum. Few days ago my laptop download speed dropped horribly, it used to be 20~30 mbps for download and similar for upload, however now it's...

This on wifi, and this is when i connect it with cabel to router

And why I'm writing here and not at my router manufactor or ISP forums? Well because I think this is laptop's fault because of few reasons:
    - this is speed of my other PC connected to that same router

    - This is speed of my phone which is connected to same Wifi

Tried restoring my windows to when there was no problems with internet - no help.

One additional thing - for some reasons after i restored my laptop at first minutes internet was good at it was before, but soon after few minutes it slowed back down to these few mbps.

There shouldn't be no wifi hijacking, because with my routers admin page (Router is Netgear wnr2000v3) I can see all the devices attached to it.

Do you have AMD Quick Stream installed?

If so uninstall it - read here please [SOLVED] 6th clean install - slow internet speed issue. - Tech Support Forum
