Internet stalls during LAN transfer

Hi everyone,

Got alittle annoyance here with Windows 7-64bit.

Everything is working fine since i've updated, manage to make the internet connection stable/constant after some searching around.
That was pretty much the only problem, until i start transfering (large/amount) files over the network ie:TV series, ~6-10gigs.
Both machines run Windows 7, both hav the same problem.

During transfer of the files (12mb/s - so Windows 7 says), the internet comes to a complete halt. (on these computers)
I can do other things, meaning the computer itself is not slow, just the internet.
It seem to be ok with smaller tranfers thou, ie: streaming video to PS3 (4mb/s), copying a couple of episodes(8-12mb/s),,,

No other programs is running during the tranfers.
Windows is on a seperate drive, not the transfering/copying drive.
IPv6 is off.
Netcomm NB9WMAXX.

Any ideas?
