Formatted Computer STILL getting "No Internet Access"

Hey guys this is my first post getting really frustrated with this problem I've had for 2 days now. My computer won't connect to the internet, I get "Unidentified Network No Internet Access" I left my computer on for a half hour or so and when I came back the computer was off. It definately wasn't an overheat because my CPU isn't overclocked and I always monitor the temps and never ever had a temperature problem. I turned it back on and now the internet doesn't work. I didn't know what else to do so I formatted the computer and still no internet access.

- I've checked the NIC Card hardware, both LED lights are flashing
- I've done ipconfig /renew
- I've plugged the same Ethernet cable into another computer and still no luck.

It is a NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller, When I tried disabling it my computer locked up and I had to close the program I was using. ( Again not sure if that's normal or not but thought it was something to note )

Here is my computer specs:
CPU: AMD FX-4100
GPU: Readon 6870
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2
Harddrive: 1TB
NIC: NIVIDA nForce Networking Controller

heres my ipconfig /all

Hello, your problem is that you are not getting a valid IP address so thats the reason your current IP address is 169.254..

I would try unplugging both your router and/or cable depending on how you connect to the internet. Reconnect everything and then check connection again.

Also, can you please post the missing information from this thread:

To be clear, you should completely turn off your router/cable modem for a few minutes then reconnect.

Thank you for the help, while going through those steps I noticed I lost complete connection of the network and the LEDs on the On the Mother Board Ethernet port had shut off. After about 20 minutes they came back on but again i get this message "Unidentified Network No Internet Access" I tried again plugging the same Ethernet cable into another computer and worked perfectly. I've reset my modem and router and left off for 10 minutes. I'm pretty sure it might have something to do with the motherboard Ethernet cable port, what do you think??

Looks like there is some issue with your network adapter. But to make sure, try connecting another laptop or computer to your router or modem using an Ethernet cable. If the issue doesn't show up for that computer, you can confirm it is the network adapter fault. You can also try connecting Ethernet cable to another port in the router or just try another cable. Also to check if it is DHCP server error of the router, try manually setting IP address, default gateway and DNS addresses in the network settings of the network adapter. Make sure the IP address and gateway are on the same network domain as that of routers network. Try 8.8.8.8 as primary DNS server or contact your internet service provider for the ISP specific DNS addresses. In some cases, manual settings can work.
