You have a really slow internet speed, it would lag when playing games.

Mine is 160MB, yours is 10MB...

It would help if when you was playing games everyone would come of the internet.

Man, that isnt slow when you are playing online games + ping is the main thing for lag and its 11ms, which means that is pretty good. The only problem is connectify cuz when I put modem cable directly on my laptop the game doesn't have lag.
And if yours is 160mb,you dont need all of that for online games, you need a better ping.
    Another help?

    Excuse me?

I'm trying to help you and you being rude?

The problem is your internet not mine, so please don't say i need a better ping result.

Connectify can do nothing to your WiFi speed and capacity. The main factor is what kind of WiFi NIC you have on both machines, the one acting as a HotSpot and the one using the HotSpot signal to access the Internet.

What I mean is that the WiFi connection speed is determined by many factors. In your case, what are for instance the specs of your WLAN adapters, both on the computer sharing the WiFi and on computer using that shared connection?

An example: Let's say we share the WLAN connection on a brand new laptop with fast 802.11ac standard WLAN adapter which is capable of speeds up to 1300 Mbps on the 5 GHz band or up to 450 Mbps on 2.4 GHz band. Quite fast!

However, the computer using this shared connection is a bit old, having only an older 802.11b standard WLAN adapter. As the 802.11b is only capable of 10 Mbps, that's the absolute maximum speed user can get using this shared connection, however fast the sharing computer WLAN adapter is. The slower (inferior) of two WLAN adapters is the one setting the theoretical limits. As you certainly know you get almost never the maximum theoretical speeds with WiFi so this connection could have an average speed as low as 3 to 5 Mbps.

Other deciding factors are the distance between the two computers, possible connection or frequency issues and so on.
