Check Router

Well I can possibly help you to stealth open ports but if they're all open and your firewall won't stealth any of them I'd suggest digging about in your router's settings. I'm not good with routers as there are too many cominations/ settings. Make sure that the Router Firewall is turned on.

Stealthed ports are just for blocking incoming connections, which NAT routers deal with quite sucesfully, and even then, it's about the only thing the Windows firewall protects you by default.

The connections shown seems outgoing, which suggest a program in your computer is "phoning home". If it's really from Google as 3D Jed said, then most likely it's from the Google autoupdater service that many times sneaks with their installs.

Look in your services, try disabling it and see if those connections still appears afterwards.

Win 7 broadcasting DHCP packets every minute
I've got a Windows 7 box that's broadcasting from it's IP (as opposed to 0.0.0.0 like when it's trying to get an IP address), UDP port 68 to UDP 67 every 62 or 63 seconds. That's more than a little excessive. How dow e get it to settle down?
