Where can I find a fault log

    ok I think that I have done that, I got a Microsoft screen telling me that IP configuration had stopped working so I guess it has flushed it through but I did not get anything else such as the screen that you show when doing the demo

    When you pushed FLUSH DNS, did the text box below tell you that is has been Flushed?

    I will give that a go but the screenshot file was quite large so I will look at another way of doing it but no it went straight into the Microsoft notification that it has stopped working. I did not get anything once I told the programme to run

    Stuff me its done it again, connection dropped but then came back again after a few minutes but without any help of intervention but thank you very much for helping and lets see what happens next

    no I have the Devolo Delan 500 Triple+ Powerline system. I has always worked ok but maybe its that but at over £100 its an expensive piece of kit to throw away or just try another

    Of course we dont want to through it away!

    Have a look at there website and see if they have any drivers avalible!

    Its got up to date drivers and firmware which was why I was hoping that the log would help us to identify the problem area or at least point in the right direction
