My pc randomly disconnect (wired internet)

My pc randomly disconnect (wired internet) I have a problem, my internet disconnects randomly and this have been going on for a while, i really don't know how to fix this.

I am on a wired connection and I am connected to the same router as my wife (she is wired too).
I am the only one that are getting those DCs, i tried changing my network cable, resetting the router, flushing my DNS ....
My netcard is an onboard card, but intell stopped supporting my motherboard, I have the latest drivers.

Windows
Windows 7 Home Edition, Version 6.1.7601, Service Pack 1, 64 Bit. Memory (RAM)
12222 MB CPU Info
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870 @ 2.93GHz Network
Network Present Network Adapters
Intel(R) 82578DC Gigabit Network Connection Manufacturer
Intel Corp. BIOS Info
AT/AT COMPATIBLE | 06/14/10 | INTEL - 1072009 Motherboard
Intel Corporation DH55TC
There are some options on my netcard, but I am unsure if I should mess around with them.

I am open for any suggestions.

Thanks in advance

Jim

Hi Cris1 and thanks for your response, i already have turned off the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power " as the only option I have messed around with, as that was the most logic step in my book, sadly it did not help.

I am thinking about buying a separate net card but i pefer not to do this, bit im down to that it could be :
- broken drivers (intell)
- broken netcard
- broken motherboard

OR one of the options on the nedcard that by default is wrong, and needs to be changed.

Have you downloaded something that is not trusted and using internet?
---
Or if not
---
Try resetting your router and modem, then try again..
---
If it still doesn't work\
---
Reset your modem and router, Click on Speed & Duplex and set it to Auto Negation , set TCP and UDP Checksum offload into Rx&Tx Enabled , and lastly turn off Energy Efficient Ethernet...

Backup your files and settings before doing this , it might cause corruption if not done correctly..

Thank you again for responding to my thread

I have tried all of the above, the settings are as you describe, im thinking if it could be a defect on my motherboard ? or (i know this sounds paranoid) the drivers that are buggy, since intell stopped supporting my MB and buggy drivers might force me to buy a new one. (seen printers designed to "self destruct" after 3 years).

I installed Glasswire to monitor my connection, this is my latest connection info from it.

I noticed that the last 3 connection losses have exactly 1 hour between them.

I have tried running

CCleaner
Malwarebytes
Spybot S&D
Superantispyware
Adwcleaner
ComboFix
Norton Antivirus scan. (im using Norton Internet Security)
