Router page goes straight to 403 forbidden ?

I have just put in a new motherboard, processer, ram, heat sink, SSDs.

I can not get onto my router anymore, I use cable through power line, I was able to access the router before.

On my mobile phone it also says 403 forbidden.

I've tried clearing cache and stuff, changing ip back to my static ip that I had before, rebooted router, pc has been rebooted several times.

I'm lost for ideas and there are actually no answers on google.

Some Routers do prevent wireless access to their setup page. Routers use 192.169.x.x in the Internet Browser to access the setup using a wired connection. Replace the x with the number for your make and model. It may help to reset the Router if it has a Reset button, usually a hole for a jumbo paperclip or something similar.

Unfortunately that is the way I had to go, hard reset.
