You need to burn the ISO to DVD or USB ... Read the Link below .. Did you Download Windows on to your main Computer ?

Ok I'm doing that now and stuck where its starting to copy it...it's telling me that I need to empty the contents of my usb...I can't do that all my back ups are on it...so I don't have a choice here...either empty it or cancel...now what?

No make sure the USB Stick is empty and then burn the ISO to it ...

Just leave them on the main Computer they can be Installed later ...

Ok everything that was on my stick is now on my desktop...how do I get it out of my stick now format?
