No problem maxie...life sometimes gets away from us or sometimes I can easily be a PIA LOL

When I click on the Network and Sharing Center and then I click on the "See full map"...it's the same as it was before in the pix I uploaded for you...

Is that what you mean or did you want me to run the dx like I normally do?

Ok...well I tried to do all the suggestions starting with making sure I was connected to "Home or Work" and not "Public"...under the name of my network it says "Home" so I believe that was good...

The next part is where I couldn't find anything looking like that at all...

    • The computer is running Windows 7 or Windows Vista and the Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) protocol is disabled on the network adapter. Windows uses the LLTD protocol to map computers and devices on a network. To enable LLTD, follow these steps:

      1. Open Network Connections by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type adapter, and then, under Network and Sharing Center, click View network connections.
      2. Right-click the network connection, and then click Properties.
      3. Select the Link-Layer Topology Discovery Mapper I/O Driver and Link-Layer Topology Discovery Responder check boxes, and then click OK.

The next step was turning on the network discovering which we had already checked and it was on.

The next 2 steps are for Windows XP...

And the last step was something about a logo and I had no idea...

Yes sharing is turned on for Public sharing...I tried to turn on the sharing for file and printing sharing and clicked save tab but it won't stay that way.
