    They are not suppose to match ... Try using your Product Key .. If that does not work ....


    But in this activation window the product key has 20 characters consisting of mostly numbers ...

    Post the Screenshot of the above as there should be a place for 25 Characters

    No I was reading thru the entire link...I ran the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor and it said "You can upgrade to 32-bit Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate with Windows Anytime Upgrade."

    LoL I know right...feels like this entire process has been one big PIA
