Limited Connectivity issue (wireless)

A few weeks ago, My internet provided (WOW, or Wide Open West) had a DNS outage. My roommates were able to change their DNS so that they could restore internet connectivity. I, on the other hand, had no such luck. I've tried the following:

-Using Google's DNS (8.8.8.8., and 8.8.4.4 as the alternate)
-Uninstalling/re-installing all wireless adapted drivers and utilities
-I've used multiple adapters, and all have had the same issue

Here are some details:

My IP is WOW
The modem supplied by Wow is an Arris DG950, and I have an apple airport extreme as the router
Anti-virus and firewall have been disabled
The wireless adapter that I'm currently using is an asus EZ N
Doing a system restore seems to fix the issue, but never permanently. It always seems to happen when I shut my computer down.

get the wireless connection details (gateway, dns, dhcp, wins, etc) so u would right click ur wireless connection that you are connected to and click on details and do a print screen to that. DNS servers won't allow you to resolve any host to ip address or vice versa but doesn't really stop you from getting an IP address since that's what the DHCP server is for, give me this info and ill bear with you to help you figure this out.

I've tried doing what you've told me, but I can't find all of that information in one place. I've also tried using the ipconfig -all command, and it only shows me the following:

I also just tried a wired connection, which also did not work, so it's not just limited to wireless connections.
