No mobility center in HP Probook

I just got a new HP Probook. HP connection manager says my WIFI is disabled by Mobility Center (but actually it is not because I'm online right now.) I opened contral panel but could not find Mobility Center. This is a laptop. So, it should have Mobility Center and it has as reported by the HP connection manager. But where is it?

    I'm running Windows 7 Professional.

    I have the Probook 4540s
There is an icon on the lower right, next to the clock.
    Right click it.

Thank you. So, I can bring up the Mobility Center by typing "mobility" in the search box. I need to do this each time I want to bring it up. It is good enough for now although I hope I can get a permanent solution.
