Internet connection problem

Been having network issues since last week.
Every now and then when I reboot I can't connect to the internet over normal programs(browsers, IM, Steam etc etc).
I can ping and tracert, and windows update works.
I can't access the router via 192.168.1.1
If I try to access the Network and Sharing Centre it hangs.

I have removed Bonjour following instructions from here but no success.
I've tried enabling and disabling the Ethernet and wi-fi

Sometimes I can boot up fine, others it acts like this.
Any ideas on what could be wrong?

It could be router or pc. next time you have that problem do two things. type cmd in search>type ipconfig /flushdns then ipconfig /renew. See if that fixes the problem.

Ran the commands.
No luck. Still have the same problem.
