for wifi : TOSHIBA Application & Drivers Patch, Realtek Wireless LAN Driver, Toshiba ConfigFree Utility, Toshiba Wireless LAN Indicator

Do the one under Lan then the Realtek wireless lan

Alright, the Lan driver didn't do anything but remove a config file. The wireless one worked. Still missing PCI Simple Communications, Ethernet and Universal controller drivers.

ok give me the device id for the ethernet

Alright, got ethernet and wifi working, thanks for the links oscer1! Now down to two more drivers missing Universal Serial Bus(USB) and PCI Simple communications.

Your welcome. I would try doing the windows updates might bring in the drivers. Also might want do Web cam from Toshiba link.
