Network Adapter Disappears

I think I may have a bug in my Windows 7 32 bit. I have this on and off problem with the Network Adapter. I could be using my computer and everything is ok. But maybe one or two hours later, I cannot get on the network. This has been happening for about 3 to 6 months and each time I was able to solve it by re-setting the modem sometimes.
So today, it has happen again. So I went into Device Manager to check on the Adapter. It was not there. Where it is going, I have no idea. To get it back I have to do a restore. If it helps, here is the name of the adapter: "D-Link DFE-530 TX+ PCI adapter" which is the updated version.
Also for a registry cleaner I use "Speedy PC Pro" and I also use "Kaspersky Pure" as my firewall. I have Windows "Defender" but I keep it disabled to avoid conflict with Kaspersky.
Does anyone have any ideas where to look to solve this problem?

I also got what I believe is a false positive that appeared today which stated:
"Quote" The Windows 7 home premium product key you type in is invalid. To activate windows, you will need to use the automated phone system". "Unquote"
This may have happen because a few days ago, I switched from windows 7 64 bit to 32 bit.

Is a chipset driver part of a windows update. I never heard of it and where do I find the area to update it?

Its a Inspiron 570 by Dell. Last night, the network adapter stopped working. Earlier, I found out all I had to do was do a system restore and I got it back. But as always, it goes out on me when ever it decides.
Today, after considering all my options, I ordered a new computer with windows 7 because I do not want no part of windows 8. I tried using my nephews in law's computer with windows 8 and Microsoft has got to be kidding. Now I will see if I can make a clean install as advised earlier and if I solve the problem, then this computer will be used as a backup in case ever I need it.
I pray that windows 10 has the same layout as windows 7
