    Home Networking

I'm trying to log into my wife computer which is in the bedroom. But it keeps asking me for user name and password. Here is a picture of it. So where do I get this user name and password?

My wife has no clue as to what this is even talking about.

In order for you to connect to her computer, you need to be on the same group(HOMEGROUP),
here is a tutorial from this forum that may help you: Homegroup - Create[2]=Networking%20Internet

Her pc looks like it`s a member of a Domain, not a workgroup.

And all this has to be set up correctly.

It`s in Network & Sharing center, right click the network icon at the bottom right to get there.
