Cannot logon locally after joing domain
I installed Windows 7 on my laptop with a local user with administrative rights and no password. The name of my computer is work-Windows 7. Now I have joined this machine to a domain (contuso). My domain account does not have administrative rights to this computer. I tried to logon locally using this format work-Windows 7\username but it still tries to logon to the domain comtuso. I simply cannot change the logon to log on to the local machine and not the domain. Normally when you write machinename\username as the user the computer changes the domain to the local machine. But this is not happening in my case. I have never experienced this before in Vista.
Does anybody have a solution?
