    Internet stops working

When I leave my Toshiba Satellite L450 idle for a while then come back to it my internet stops working. I reboot the laptop then all is well for a while. This is happening with all browsers. It says my network is connected. This seems to be only on my Toshiba laptop. Thanks

Go to the device manager, find the adapter, right click it and select properties, in the power management tab, uncheck the box that says 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'

I have tried this and it still didn't solve the issue. I came home and internet was still on the page that I left it on but when I went to browse to another page it couldn't display page. Any other ideas? Thanks

You could try turning the computer off before you leave your home.
When you get back home turn your computer back on.
Check and see if you can go on the internet.

Powering the laptop off then starting when needed the internet will work. This is the same result as rebooting

Yeah, I have about 3 brain cells myself, unfortunately I'm not a very laid back person.

Check with your I.S.P. and see if they drop a site when it is not active for a period of time.
