Win7 will not remember WiFi passkey
There seems to be many, many routes into this problem; as if it is common and has many causes. Does it have many solutions? I wonder.
One common solution involves 'Adding' new wireless network. Trying this I ended up with 'Access Denied'. No what, where, why was given.
Ensuring disconnection from the known WiFi SSID and removing the network from 'Network and Sharing Center' attempts to Add a new network with the known SSID name all ended up as Access Denied.
MSConfig Run as Administrator did nothing as the router file is not listed. There is no Local Service with a name related to the SSID or router.
The driver is reported as up-to-date and download as un-available.
Surely a C:\ format is not the only solution here!?
Any other suggestions?
