How do I set up file server sleep / wake profile

    Newbie alert!

OK, I run 2 PCs, one of which I work on and one of which I use as a file and media server for both home and work files and this machine hosts the homegroup. The file server is the machine in question and is a Win 7 pro x64 box.

I have scripts that run every hour (via task scheduler) and on shutdown (via group policy / shutdown) that does a robocopy to an external hard drive and all the relevant folders are synced using OneDrive for Business. Sweet.

OK so what I want to do is to leave the machine on all the time, have it go to sleep when idle after say 5 mins, wake up on LAN (somebody accessing files remotely) and wake up at the hourly back up runs. Please could somebody give me the appropriate sleep / wake options to set so this works nicely. I currently can't even seem to get the box to go to sleep using the "sleep after..." command in power settings.

    Thanks!

Wake On Lan download | SourceForge.net for Wake on Lan, but not sure if what you want is doable
