    LAN/Wireless random disconnect)

Here was the issue with 2 PC's having random wired and wireless disconnects, they would both disconnect randomly. Disconnects at least once a day, sometimes within 15mins. Weird thing is I still have network connection but no browsing. I still can connect over the internet with live mesh to my desktop but can't brows the internet. The newtork icon still shows connected but ipconfig/all shows there's no network card/IP address. The only way to resolve this was to reboot the PC and it works again.

    - Repair Network did not work
    - Turning off power saving did not work
    - 32bit and 64bit has same issue
    - Disabled IPv6 didn't do anything
    - Tried USB to ethernet adapter but still disconnect randomly
    - Router/ISP was not the issue as my laptop Windows XP never lost connection.

NIC card installed on 2 different PC's:
Intergrated realtek wired LAN on the MB
Airlink AWLL3025 802.11g wireless USB adapter
TRENDnet TU-ET100C 10/100Mbps USB to ETH Adapter

Here's what fixed it for me:
I had Avast antivirus installed on both PC's, reading on this forum that Avast may be the caused, I had both un-installed. Installed both PC's with Avira antivirus. Normally it would disconnect randomly 5-10 times a day. Ever since I had Avast removed, it's been stable for over 2 days without a disconnect. Hope this solve some of the issues I had for others.
