    Dialup error (different language distribution)

    Hello, please advice.
In Windows 7 Pro x64 and x86, CZECH distribution, I have connected a USB modem. Drivers are fine, everything in the system is ok, but when I want to dial a number to get Error 633, Rasdial not work, still error 633. When the connection I use AT commands (putty), everything works fine.
I did a test and I found that Windows 7 x64, x86 English or German distribution, everything works fine without any errors. RasDial works fine.
Can anyone advise me where there may be a problem?
    thank you
    P.

Check if "Remote Access Auto Connection Manager" and "Remote Access Connection Manager" services are set to manual. And try starting them.

Is your Windows up-to-date? SP1 and all other updates?

    Checked.
All services are set to manual and they are started.
    All updates are installed.
    Apparently unsolvable problem :-(
