Red X Next To Networks - Wifi and Bluetooth Not Working

wifi usb adapter edimax ac450 and bluetooth logilink module are not working for me.

Wifi doesn't see any network. I've installed proper drivers.

Bluetooth sees and connects to devices, but after that every device goes grey and "unavailable"

I've just set up new system and it still occurs. What can I do about it?

Try in Safe Mode with Networking.

And sometimes wireless gets disabled when cable connection is made. Try removing the LAN cable and see if wireless come alive.

Bluetooth: Is the Bluetooth service running? (services.msc)

    Bluetooth service is running:

    Lan cable removed:

Lan cable removed in safe mode with networking, wifi isn't working and bluetooth didn't load:

Also no errors in device manager:

    WLan autoconfig service started?
Is bonjour service installed? (May cause issues, comes with iTunes and Logitech keyboards and some more)

    Yeah, couple more ideas:

    - Create a manual System Restore point - System Restore
    - Run elevated cmd and enter: netsh winsock reset
    - reset as instructed once finished

Edit: Also check SSDP service (manual/started)

    SSDP is manual and running

I've run this command and got:
    Code:
Winsock Catalog has been successfully reset
And after that my pc rebooted, didn't change much.

    meanwhile I've tried:

    - drivers from cd
    - drivers from DriverMax program
    - drivers from manufacturer's site
    - turning it on using Windows Mobility Center - no wifi bookmark
    - all kinds of resets including bios reset
    - all kinds of windows diagnostic tools
    - updating motherboard drivers
    - installing current windows updates
    - changing usb ports
    - changing system to windows xp

    - all the above with network cable and card unplugged

Unfortunately results are always the same - red "x" and no connection.

    - changing system to windows xp
If it is not working on 2 OS's, I would say a hardware failure.

Download and make bootable DVD/USB for Linux Mint MATE and boot with it please (no install needed). If you can't get a connection with it too, then I would say a hardware issue, perhaps a broken antenna?
