I don't know whats going on but every time i look something up i have to confirm i'm not a bot , check out the screenshot.

I don't have a router and just use an ethernet cable to connect , i am the only one who has a computer around.

Any ideas , i have noticed my modem flashing three times as much as usual but when i look at my laptop activity light it's barely active.

I guess your computer has some undetectable virus telling u to confirm "i'm not a bot". And just check that when u switch on the computer their is some alert warnig u or not.

I am about 99% positive it's not malware , i have scanned up and down with everything out there in safe mode and regular mode , it's clean . I haven't even had a browser hijacker in years , i can detect malware etc... like Rosie O,Donnell can detect a chocolate covered peanut hidden in the crevices of an old couch .

Have seen this myself too a few times recently. Have not experienced it much enough to notice a pattern though.
