How to share fax modem

HI,

I have a motorola fax modem connected to com1 of my computer, how do I share it with other computers wihin my network so that people using other computer can send fax through my modem.

Windows XP instruction to do that doesn't work with Windows 7 ...thank you.

could you post the instructions for XP, so we can translate into win 7
