    If you can afford to have a PC on all the time, you can check out DuckDNS. It is free and works alright. There are a few methods you can use that they provide and support. DynDNS is one of them and perhaps your router/NAS can work with that instead of a PC doing it?

    I'll go with No-IP.com for a External IP :)

    Was talking about DuckDNS, nevermind. No-IP is inaccessible where I live, not sure if it is tied to last year's seize of No-IP domains by MS.
