no telstra mobile broadband manager connector

I recently reininstalled windows 7 home premium,64 bit, and everything is working fine. When I reinstalled
Telstra mobile broadband connection manager 4g windows saying it is a corrupt file. I don't know if
something went wrong when I tried Linux. It was working fine before then. When using the connection
manager it kept saying network access 2, and was really slow. I have uninstalled the connection manager
but cannot find a recent download for it. It is aircard 320. There is not much help from Telstra, and I
find them hard to understand on the phone. I am not a racist, but they don't seem to speak English very
well. If someone could tell me where I can download the latest connection manager it would be much appreciated.

Is this a USB type device that has a SIM card included? Does it not have its drivers/software in a partition on it if so. Can you see an unlettered partition in Disk Management while it is attached?

    no mobile broadband manager

Thank you GokAy for replying. I ended up going to Telstra's online site, and downloaded the mobile manager connector from there, and its seems to be working fine. It's a bit different, but only because
it has a few extra things, like weather, news, etc.
