    Wireless network problem

    Hi,
I got a strange prroblem: I have Desktop and 2 laptops connected into workgroup network. All was working OK with XP but now i have upgraded one laptop to Windows 7 and got a problem. Windows 7 laptop will connect to the Internet AND network if I connect it by cable but it will connect to the Internet and NOT TO network if i connect it wireless to the Internet hub. I still can access shared folders using the \\server\sharedfolder connection and network drive mappping but I cannot see other computers and they cannot see this one.
Can yo uplease suggest ssomething to fix this?

I assume you are using homegroup in win 7. Homegroup diesnt like mixed os'es. If you change from homegroup to workgroup and disable IPv6 you will be able to do wlan, nad internet and have better DL speeds as well

Make sure you have not set your "home" wireless network connection to be a public network. This disables many network browsing features.

After that, disable your firewall and see if that has any effect on the connection.
