Laptop school wifi connection issues [Need help ASAP]

Hello,

Basicly my laptop is like 1 year old. My wifi works just fine I can connect to any router/hotspot. But when I go to school I just can't connect to the wifi in school and everyone else can. It just says: Could not connect to the network but it shows it's available. My friends get a login page like this: http://i.imgur.com/zdUiD2A.jpg (picture found on google).
I litterly tried EVERYTHING that I could do.. I searched hours on the internet and tried alot it just doesn't seem to work.
Please help me out!

Thanks

- Network and Sharing Center - Manage Wireless Networks - Delete the school one and try re-connecting
- Disable firewall
- Run services.msc and see if you have Bonjour service running, stop and try if so
- Try Safe Mode with Networking
- Re-install/update wireless driver
- Run cmd as admin: netsh winsock reset
