Sorry, haven't exactly read from the beginning. Checked router settings for its firewall and other security features? Perhaps it is somehow detecting an attack or something and denying after a few seconds? I would try factory resetting routers after turning off firewall and other detection (at least as a test).

Ive tried checking for any specific security features. But nothing Really noticeable pops up. I took a couple of screen shots of my router settings on the first page of this topic in case i might have missed something. I factory reset my router already and have disabled firewall on my computer as well. my fire wall setting on my router are set to custom and nothing is checked off.

I can't see the screenshots (imgur is blocked where I live if they are there). Instead attach them here at SevenForums using icon right above text box.

    Yeah, can see now. Thanks.

Just wondering now, did you try putting the computers in the DMZ in router? I am not saying you should by the way, but just as a test.

Switch to DMZ both, turn off router firewalls and also turn off any security software that may be firewall related on the PCs.

Test it and switch stuff back on after deciding if it worked or not. (Don't run with defences down other than to briefly test).

I understand you didn't change anything, but letting everything pass is a usual troubleshooting step when connectivity is the issue.
