    Internet connection unjustified disconnect/timeout

So, This problem started to occur with me few weeks back.
In the first, I thought that the problem is only related to a game and I was busy IRL and wasn't able to play more.

Now that I've some free time now, started to notice the following:.

-- While surfing the web, each 10-15 mins the internet stops working for a few seconds then works again.

-- While playing CS:GO, Sometimes I connect to the server and once I stream in, It says game lost connection, I thought it's csgo only but it also started to appear in almost all games.

Sometimes, I'm just playing, everything is alright, Suddenly I timeout, I alt-tab to check my internet connection, It's fine I try to open anything over the browser while this problem is happening but nothing loads for a few seconds then suddenly it starts working.

I tried everything, re-installing the game, steam, the whole windows and disabling anything in the power saving settings.
    Nothing worked :V

P.S It works just fine on my other PC, Only this PC and I've no idea what's wrong, I haven't changed anything in this PC for over 2 years now and suddenly this is happening.
    This problem never happened before.

Since it didn't get corrected after a re-install I am inclined to think it is a hardware issue. The only other setting that is same across OS's is MAC address - try changing last 2 digits with Win7 MAC Address Changer v2.0.
