Windows says that the cable is unplugged every morning

I don't know what's wrong(few days left until it becomes one year since I'm using this pc and win7 and till now I didn't have any problems)but every day this week when I turn on the pc,the icon at the lower right says that the cable is unplugged.

My setup is modem=>wifi routher=>pc using cable
If I unplug and plug the cable, then it start to work
When I turn off the pc and turn it on after 9-10 hours(when I come back home),I still have internet but on the next morning,I don't

If I connect the wifi adapter while it still says "unplgged",then I have internet

Replacing the cable might be a reasonable place to start.

That could be a problem(~10m cable)but how can the cable be the reason if:
    1.Unplug=>plug it make it work
2.The cable is not touched at all on both ends
3.It happens weirdly at the same time(no internet in the morning=>no problems 10 hours later=>no connection 5-6 hours later)
4.Never had this problem even on my old pc and I'm using this cable more than...I can't even remember how many years
5.No problems at all when I "fix" the problem

OK vsub, think clearly and review your statements. #4 can't remember how old the cable is. If you own a car, do wait until the brakes don't work before fixing them or do you fix them when they make some strange noises?

Ok but can you explain how can the cable be the problem if I don't have any internet related problems after I unplug=>plug the cable.

The cable is not that cheap here to get it just to see if that was the problem.

The wires inside of your cable are made of solid core copper. Over many years of flexing, bending and being walked on or pinched by closing doors over them, the copper becomes weakened and breaks. A very small point of contact at the break point may allow for data to be transmitted, but eventually the connection becomes to weak to transmit that data. Often times just a wiggle is enough to re-establish that minute connection and data transmission continues until the next time the tolerance of the weakened connection fails and data can no longer flow.
Another analogy for you vsub. Shoes protect your feet and are not cheap to replace, but do you wait until your feet are sticking out of the bottom of the shoes before you buy new ones?

    Try this.
When you turn off your computer, also turn off your modem and router.
Boot your router and modem the next morning and then your computer.
See if that changes anything. What we are looking for is a heat related problem. Could be a router, modem or a cable connection.
I have no knowledge of how the I.S.P.'s work all over the world but have you contacted them.

Cables can have poor connection that will cause heat. Over time it will break the connection. I don't know where you are located but where I am cables are about the cheapest thing you can buy when it comes to computers. I personally have extra cables for just about everything. One never knows.
Their are many things that can cause your problem and cables would be the cheapest to replace first.

    Good morning LaybackBear.
Per to OP's #1 statement, (few days left until it becomes one year since I'm using this pc and win7 and till now I didn't have any problems).
I guess the warranty expired pre-maturely.

I read that but I'm not sure what it means.

Has it been almost 1 year using the system and the problem just started.

Or does it mean the computer has been sitting for almost 1 year and vsub just started using it again.

Leaves a lot to be said for paying close attention to the lesson being taught while studying grammar.
