Use Windows 7 as an L2TP VPN Server

Hey everyone,

I've scoured the inter webs for an answer but found it to be limited or un-informative.

I have an ASUS laptop with Windows 7 Ultimate and would like to use it as a vpn server using L2TP. I know that you can set it up with PPTP, however I would prefer a more secure connection. Is there any way to do this?

I have read something that a 3rd party application (like OpenVPN) can do this, however the steps that are documented aren't very helpful. Any assistance or insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
