From the looks of this... I (ace [japanese characters]) am still not the main boss of this computer.
The square that surrounds Gabriel's account makes it seem like he's still the owner of the computer (although I bought it from him).
Is this true? Is he still more powerful than me? He was the first user, I was created later on
If this is true how do I become the main owner/user

Hit win+r then put netplwiz and hit enter, are they also an administrator? If so you can change their account to a normal user, also since your name looks like it's made of special characters it may just be that the G in Gabriel is coming first so it shows it first. If you are both admin's then you both have the same power.
Your both? Post a pic of that window and of the main user accounts one that shows your status (get to it by clicking your picture in the start menu) please.

On this last one, if I click the "Go to the main User Accounts page" option it just redirects me to my account.
So I wonder why he still has the that extra shape on the starting screen?
